In this video I review a training clip where a coach uses pool noodles to develop a boxer’s defense and reaction. This is a great drill to work where you can build up boxing defense skills and don’t have to worry too much about getting hit. You can even work this defense drill with someone who does not have too much experience in boxing. It develops your ability to defend one punch with one hand and not use excessive defense.
