Here’s a fun partner drill to work on your striking offense, defense, and memory — STRIKING H.O.R.S.E.
One partner will throw either a 2, 3, or 4-piece kickboxing combo at their partner, to which they have to throw the same combination back. If they mess up or hesitate, they get a letter! First person to mess up 5 times loses. What’s the punishment? Leg kicks? Body shots? Burpees? You decide!
